Having said that, however, I would NOT recommend the Audio version of this book, as the narrator sounds . . . like . . William . . . . Shatter from Star . . . . Trek . . . pausing . . . with incredibly annoying . . . inflection in his . . . voice. The content, however, was very good, . . . good enough that I purchased the Kindle version after having listened to the entire book.
